I enjoyed reading the latest post on 'Don's Learning Log'. The idea of a blog as a tool for reflection upon one's leadership practices and for seeing the relationships and connections between the various elements of the complexities of the principalship is worthwhile. I am interested in any other possible ways that blogging can be useful as a learning tool for principals/leaders seeking to build a culture of learning in their schools.
